Jobs before technology
An agent role should have a bounded responsibility, such as qualifying a lead, triaging a ticket or preparing a recurring report.
About AI Robot Agents
AI Robot Agents is building a product experience for turning defined work into controlled agent workflows—without asking business teams to operate the automation infrastructure underneath.
Our mission
Many business processes already have a clear trigger, a known set of inputs and a person who owns the result. Our goal is to help teams express that work as a focused agent workflow with explicit tools, rules, outputs and review points.
The catalog organizes 50 specialized role concepts across sales, marketing, support, operations, productivity, data and other functions. A catalog page explains the role and possible workflow; it does not by itself promise that every agent or integration is available today.
Product philosophy
We design the product around how business work actually moves: from a trigger, through approved information and actions, to a reviewable result.
An agent role should have a bounded responsibility, such as qualifying a lead, triaging a ticket or preparing a recurring report.
Useful work depends on business context. Connections should expose only the objects and actions required by the selected workflow.
Rules, approval checkpoints and escalation paths should reflect the risk of the action instead of maximizing autonomy by default.
Two ways to start
Teams with a defined job can start in the AI agent catalog and compare likely inputs, tools and controls. Processes that cross teams, data sources or approval chains may need a custom AI system designed around the existing operating model.
In both cases, current agent and integration availability must be confirmed before a workflow is relied upon. We prefer a narrow, observable first implementation over a broad promise of instant autonomy.
People remain accountable for policy, customer commitments, financial decisions and other consequential judgment. Agent workflows should prepare routine work, surface context and route uncertainty rather than conceal it.
